3方向応力測定器によるタイヤラグ面接地応力の測定 OAK

タイヤの接地面に作用する応力を測定するために, タイヤラグフェースの一点における法線方向応力, 接線方向応力及び横方向応力を同時に測定できる測定器を開発した。本測定器を1本のタイヤラグの3ヶ所すなわちタイヤ踏面中心部, 同側端部ならびにこれらの中間部の3ヶ所に埋め込んで各応力を測定した。測定例としてすべり率20%時の応力分布状態を示し, 最大接地応力値及び発生位置を検討した。 A three-dimensional stress transducer was developed to measure normal,tangential and lateral stresses on the lug face between a tire-lug and soil. Three transducers were mounted on the part of lug - end which is almost the same place of the tire tread center,on the outer edge of lug and a intermediate place of above two places. The stress distributions of three transducers were presented and the relationships between peak stresses and their rotational angles at 20% slippage were discussed.

ラグ3面用測定装置による外力測定と作用特性の検証 OAK

農用車輪ラグの運動シミュレーションより得られた, ラグを構成する“前方ラグ面”,“外周ラグ面”および“後方ラグ面”の作用特性の解析結果を実験により検証した。これらの3面に作用する外力を測定するために, ラグ3面用小型トランスデューサを供試して法線方向力と接線方向力を各面別に独立して測定し, この2分力から車輪回転角や供試ラグの角度要素を用いて各面に作用する推進力, 転がり抵抗, 接地荷重反力を求めた。この結果, 前方ラグ面は転がり抵抗と接地荷重反力, 外周ラグ面は転がり抵抗, 接地荷重反力さらに推進力, また, 後方ラグ面は推進力と接地荷重反力を発生しており, 運動解析より得られた結果と一致した。 This research proves the results of the motion analyses of interactions between soil and wheel lug surfaces. Normal and tangential forces acting on the surfaces were measured by small-sized transducers of three-surfaced lug type,and the traction,the motion resistance and the reaction to the dynamic load were calculated with wheel rotational and lug design angles. 農用タイヤ下の6方向応力の測定と解析に関する研究 OAK

6個の圧力センサを利用して耕盤での土中応力状態を測定可能な土中応力測定器 (以下測定器) を開発した。測定器をタイヤ進行方向のタイヤ中心部およびタイヤ側端のラグ直下ならびにタイヤ側端のアンダートレッド直下の3ヶ所に土壌表面から深さ25cmの耕盤上に埋設し, タイヤを走行させて土中応力を測定した。得られたデータから応力状態を算出し, 主応力を求めた。次に, 測定器の埋設位置の違いによる最大主応力を検討した。その結果, タイヤ中心部ラグ直下における最大主応力が, タイヤ側端部でのそれの2倍以上になっていることが分かった。 A transducer was developed to determine the stress state in the soil on a hard pan. Principal stresses, octahedral normal and shearing stresses can be calculated from the data measured with six pressure cells on the transducer in the six predetermined directions. The transducer was buried in three locations in the soil at 25cm depth : under the lug at the centerline and the edge of the tire and under the undertread at the edge of the tire.
